Apple iPad Mini 2 with Retina display
The iPad Mini 2 with Retina Display is the iPad Mini we always wanted. We really liked last year's original model, but it always felt like the underpowered, under-specced smaller sibling to the full iPad. Now all that separates the two is size, and that makes for quite the pint-sized proposition.

I love my mini, it does all I need, I use it for school, for social networks, for games, its perfect and i love it

Excellent but pricey
Heavier than the first generation ipad mini due to the larger battery size needed to drive the A7 quad core processor which in turn is needed to drive the 2048 x 1536 screen. Four times the pixels of the original ipad mini WOW !

CAN'T KEEP R FINGER TIPS OFF OF IT
I use it for my disabled 5 year old son who has cerebral palsy, has great communication apps, its hard for him to talk so we use this so he can show us what he's saying. This item has something for every age. We love it. He loves the apps he doesn't know he's learning at the same time.

Easy to set up!
This Ipad is for my 11 year old. He plays games and watches a lot of YouTube. I do wish there were more parental controls on there, especially when it comes to internet surfing.

APPLE? SIMPLY NO ALTERNATIVE
This currently completes my apple collection of fantastic products. I changed to an iMac around three years ago and have had my iPhone for just over a year so this iPad mini completes my collection.

iPad mini with Retina Display Review
While its display isn't quite as vibrant as the iPad Air's, the second-generation iPad mini is still a fantastic device packing blistering processing speed and a gorgeous screen in one petite, flawlessly designed package.
Pros:
- Finally, a small form-factor iPad with Retina display! Unmatched build quality
- Fast A7 processor for a first-class experience
Cons:
- Display is slightly less bright than the iPad Air
- Colors look washed out when compared to iPad Air and iPhone 5s/5c

It is below par.
I bought the mini just for the convenience of carrying and that it was 32gb. The thing I dislike about it is that it will not charge while it is on and that is not good. I would not buy one again not worth it.

Nice to get it strait away ,liked the way it was easy to handle,loved the way it is really light and seems easy to navigate round,a good buy well pleased.

Having used apple products for a long time I would recommend this product to anyone who was thinking of buying an iPad. There is notice difference apart from screen size with an iPad mini and iPad Air.
