steps up the tablet game and brings computing power and functionality to another level. The device that ushered in the post-PC era four years ago now seems well positioned to continue to put a dent in the PC market while continuing to dominate the tablet space.
Great device, bought this iPad as an alternative for my previous purchased Microsoft Surface RT. The device is much lighter, much faster and has way more pratical apps. No more Windows RT for me, looking forward to iOS8!
I bought the iPad Air because I was ready for an upgrade of my previous 64GB + 3G + wifi generation one iPad. I like that the iPad Air is so much lighter than the 1st gen iPad. It also has a faster processor chip which means game apps load faster.
This is a real value product, the price is a bit high but it worth the value you spend on it you'll not regret on it so just go for this it feels you like the best in the word.
The thinnest, lightest and most beautiful iPad to-date. The iPad Air offers excellent performance and battery l
Thin & Lightweight; Brilliant battery life; Retina Display; Great app selection
Still no expandable storage; No Touch ID; Expensive
Apple's iPad Air is the most comfortable to use 10in tablet on the market. While the cameras remain average, the iPad Air also boasts some improvement in speed and battery life, and remains a market leader when it comes to the 9.7in Retina display.
Great design and display; free iWork apps; improved performance and battery life
Cameras are still poor; not many 64-bit optimised apps
Pitching the iPad Air against its competitors is quite easy – it was the best looking, premium, and app-happy tablet on the market last year. The cosmetic design changes are an unequivocal improvement, and the weight reduction proved a genuine benefit for everyday use.
Size and weight reduction; Faster 64-bit processor; Better battery life
No slo-mo video recording; No 8MP rear camera upgrade; Price
Whether you like or loathe the company it's hard to dispute that Apple is still the king when it comes to tablets with its market share hovering around the 30% mark just before the release of these new models.
The iPad Air improves on its predecessor in every respect - and it's still worth searching out in 2016
