Apple 9.7 iPad

I love my iPad, it is so nice to be able to do all the things I want vs carrying around a heavy laptop. I love the gold color ut is very sleek and fun to use.

The right tool for the right application

We purchased 12 of the Pads for our Service Business. Downloaded our service program onto the Pads and away we went. No extended updates had to be completed, we didn't have to convert any of the existing files in the Pad to operate our software it was a seamless inter action.

Wouldn't Consider Another Tablet

Generally speaking, I'm not much of an Apple guy, but i have to admit that when it comes to tablets, I don't think there is a product out there that I would consider over the iPad.

Apple iPad (2018) review: Pencil time

This iPad retains the same design as the 2017 release but adds an important new feature: Pencil support. While Apple is happy for anyone to buy the new tablet, it's clear there is a strong focus on education and what a bevy of these coming to the classroom can mean.
Pros:
  • Affordable price
  • Pencil support (and third-party stylus support
  • Works in the same way as Pro models
  • A10 processor
Cons:
  • No Face ID
  • No ProMotion or True Tone
  • No Smart Connectors

Apple iPad (2018) review

It might not look like it, but Apple’s affordable iPad has changed – what was once a tablet for ‘sit back’ media-scoffing is now a smaller, cheaper iPad Pro with new creative powers. Sure, there are compromises, like its inferior screen tech, lack of extra speakers and that missing smart connector for external keyboards. But, for most people, these aren’t so big that they justify spending at least £300 extra on the snazzier iPad Pro. That model’s now for strictly for anyone who wants a full laptop replacement or a professional artistic tool. For everyone else, this versatile and powerful slate is just the ticket for digital dabbling in that still potentially fertile ground between smartphones and laptops.
Pros:
  • Powerful enough to handle most tasks
  • Has way more apps than other tablets
  • Pencil support gives it new versatility
Cons:
  • Still no anti-reflective screen coating
  • Small gap between screen and glass
  • No multi-user support

9.7-inch iPad 2018

The new iPad 2018 is the cheapest tablet in Apple's range, and it looks just like any other iPad from the past five years. It should be boring. But it isn't. It packs the powerful A10 Fusion processor, costs just £319/$329 (for the entry-level 32GB Wi-Fi model) and it supports the Apple Pencil.
Pros:
  • Great value
  • Slim and light
  • yet powerful
  • Apple Pencil compatible
  • iOS is the best tablet operating system
Cons:
  • Reflective screen
  • Average rear camera

Tablet for all events

I bought an upgrade from my iPad mini wanting to use the feature of taking notes, using the I pencil, at meetings and conferences. This is excellent! It's fast responsive as you would expect. I'm loving the graphics and features also that it's upgrade from 16gb( which wad my budget) to 32gb.

iPad's best bang for your buck!

I retired in June of 2017 and missed using my Company IPad. I held off purchasing one because I thought Apple would release a newer IPad Pro and lower the price on the pro. Well they didn't release a Pro replacement but this IPad 2018 model generation 6 is an upgraded version from last years version...
