Here comes TechEye's appallingly late iPad review

It's a very expensive but essentially fun toy. Not quite mobile, not quite PC, but engaging anyway.
Pros:
  • Fantastic design Easy to use Lends itself well to the average consumer
Cons:
  • Incredibly expensive Doesn't know what it wants to be Tough for work No Flash support
  • But you knew that

Apple iPad review

There are two ways I could write this Apple iPad review: the pessimistic way or the optimistic way. For a device that has polarised the gadget community as to whether it is the "second coming" or merely "sucks", the thing that both approaches have in common is a chance to cause a debate.
Pros:
  • Watch movies
  • play games
  • read books
  • great screen
Cons:
  • Will cost you to fill it with useful stuff
  • can't multitask yet
  • limited to what Apple offers you

Apple iPad

The iPad was introduced as one of the first tablet devices of this generation. It can be thought of as a super-charged iPod touch, with a far larger screen and many more exciting features. The iPad has Apple's 1 GHz A4 system and 512 MB of RAM.

Apple iPad

I have read many reviews of the iPad stressing that as a device for consuming media the iPad is a fantastic device but for creating it is very poor.

Hands on with the iPad

At first glance there's not too much of a departure from the iPhone. The outside shell is similar, just bigger. With the exception of the icon sizes and the static background image, the desktop user interface experience is almost identical to the iPhone too.
Pros:
  • The screen size is luxurious, and despite the extra processor demand, it swipes and pinches with the same smooth ultra-responsiveness of its smaller cousin
  • It’s fast.
Cons:
  • A key part of leisure computing
  • however
  • is communication.

Awesome since 4/10

When iPad ordering opened 45 minutes earlier than Apple said it would on March 12th of 2010, I placed my order and a month later received one of the very first 3G iPads to ship. Even though I have travelled extensively both domestically and internationally with it, it has never failed to perform.
Pros:
  • Still flawless after 28 months of use
  • Long battery life
  • Still runs the latest iOS
  • GREAT Price
Cons:
  • None whatsoever
  • This is a solid machine
  • The Elder Tech truly is a d bag

Great for everything

I upgraded from an Andriod tablet to the iPad specifically for work purposes and have found many more uses in daily life for the because it is more versatile and has way better apps available then the android tablet I had previously.
