Awesome since 4/10
When iPad ordering opened 45 minutes earlier than Apple said it would on March 12th of 2010, I placed my order and a month later received one of the very first 3G iPads to ship. Even though I have travelled extensively both domestically and internationally with it, it has never failed to perform.
Pros:
- Still flawless after 28 months of use
- Long battery life
- Still runs the latest iOS
- GREAT Price
Cons:
- None whatsoever
- This is a solid machine
- The Elder Tech truly is a d bag

Apple iPad Review
Yes, it's a little bit thicker: 9.4mm, compared to the 8.8mm iPad 2. And it's a skootch heavier: 1.44 pounds, or 1.46 pounds if you get Wi-Fi + 4G; the iPad 2 ranged from 1.33 pounds for Wi-Fi to 1.35 pounds for the AT&T version of the Wi-Fi + 3G. We bet you won't notice.

- better camera
- LTE speeds
- gorgeous high-resolution display
Cons:
- iPads with A5 and A5X processors haven't been jailbroken
- same storage capacities as iPad 2

Covers and cases for the Apple iPad seem to crop up pretty regularly as alternatives to the official products but it is always interesting to see an official product, as the designers intended, to see how well it complements the primary product.

Hands on with the iPad
At first glance there's not too much of a departure from the iPhone. The outside shell is similar, just bigger. With the exception of the icon sizes and the static background image, the desktop user interface experience is almost identical to the iPhone too.
Pros:
- The screen size is luxurious, and despite the extra processor demand, it swipes and pinches with the same smooth ultra-responsiveness of its smaller cousin
- It’s fast.
Cons:

Full of ads and software that all farm your personal information, I downloaded a clock, it wanted permission to view and edit my contacts, can someone people tell me why a clock would need to see my contacts?
