Zoo Tycoon review
When you look at the Xbox One launch titles, there's no a whole lot on offer for the younger audience; a large chunk of the line-up is comprised of violent action games and complex sports sims.

'Zoo Tycoon' Xbox One review: Gentle fun
- Frontier is more than up to the job, delivering a game that lacks depth, but can be enjoyed by all of the family.

Zoo Tycoon Review
You can take a certain hypnotic bliss from simply working along calmly and peacefully, making sure that your park is running as smoothly as it can and improving the conditions for your ever-growing menagerie of creatures.

Review: Zoo Tycoon (Microsoft Xbox One)
Consoles don't get nearly as many business management simulators as the PC market does, so when one comes to the console market it generally has to be something interesting to catch the eye of anyone who isn't into the genre.

Zoo Tycoon
Business and city building games are a marmite genre. No one has ever described it as a genre they "quite" like. You either think they're boring as fuck or it's like injecting heroin into the veins in your eyeballs.

Zoo Tycoon review – animal?attraction
A fun demonstration of the Xbox One's capabilities but unfortunately much more a stealth sequel to Kinectimals than it is a proper Tycoon game.
Pros:
- Cleverly thought-out interface manages to work very well on a joypad
- Animal mini-games are charming and the online options very robust
Cons:
- There's no depth to anything and the game pulls its punches in terms offering any real challenge or even true customisation
- Graphics have some rough edges

"Not as good as the classics"
You are unable to make personalise enclosures, there aren't too many animal groups; however, there are subspecies. This game is too focused on the idea of being the zookeeper, you can no longer make the zoo of your dreams :(
