Heart Broken and Disappointed!
I wore the old version of Opium today and 2 compliments. Men love it & not shy about gloating over the scent. I only have a small amount of the original formula that I treasure. It is spicy, rich, & sandalwood enriches the formula. Please, please, PLEASE bring it back!!!!

This is a delicate more lighter sister of the original Opium with it's pepper notes incense benzoin Opopponox bitter balsem woods and coriander. this version can be worn anytime then the original. the opening has the same scent as the predacessor but it's silage does'nt last long like the...

"Still a favourite!"
Opium was one of the first fragrances I fell in love with a number of years back along with a couple of others, these being Panache and Samsara and this is how I found quite early on that I favoured oriental, spicy fragrances over the floral variety.

Opium has always been one of my favorite perfumes, unfortunately it can be a little expensive and I don't always have it in my possession to wear. Thankfully FragranceX has made it possible again.

Funny how something can smell soooo wonderful on someone else and not on you...that would be Opium for me.I have stopped 3 women who are wearing this because it smells so good..finally sprayed some last time at Saks...within one hour a migraine. Too bad too because it is lovely..

SAD, AFTER INJURY_READY FOR BEST SCENT-GONE.
I really don't trust the company. Loyal customer gone. I find it hard to believe it was "illegal"...or whatever your excuse is. When you come out with a different scent please don't mislead your customers with the WRONG name. Bring back Opium and maybe your customers will return.

Opium by Yves Saint Laurent
Opium by Yves Saint Laurent is my mothers favourite perfume. At least it is easy for my Dad to buy her a present. If you ask me it is little bit too strong and heavy but everybody has diffrent taste I guess.
