But inside that sleek design, there's a lot going on: GPS, barometer, geomagnetic sensor, PPG heart rate sensor and 3-axis accelerometer for activity, plus you can accurately track your runs, bike rides and other activities with detailed GPS routes and stats. Crucially, the watch also offers in-depth sleep tracking like duration, deep sleep and light sleep phases as well as awake times.
An action-packed screen
From the touch screen, it's easy to choose from a wide range of pre-installed apps that will let you access things like the local weather forecast, alarms and timers, compass, daily status overview including heart rate and the sports tracking options.

Amazfit Bip review: Why can’t more smartwatches be like the Amazfit Bip?
The Amazfit Bip is affordable, has fantastic battery life, and is the best low-key casual smartwatch around. It's a fine replacement for your old-school Pebble, minus the apps. Amazfit Bip review
With an amazing feature set for the price, and battery life to die for, the Amazfit Bip is a total bargain for those on the hunt for an exercise watch with GPS. It looks and feels good, and comes with an excellent companion app. Just be prepared for some faffing with UI and regular device updates. And don't expect everything to work perfectly every time.- Excellent feature set, Great design and build, Amazing battery life
- Fiddly UI, Some issues with GPS on our handset
Amazfit Bip review
The Bip is the layman’s Apple Watch. At just $99 / £70 (around AU$99) the Bip offers plenty of reason to invest, but none greater than its excellent battery life.- Amazing value
- Stylish design
- Excellent companion app
- Auto-pause feature doesn’t work
- Finicky UI
- Light on supported workouts
Amazfit Bip: Only £45 but is this smartwatch any good
Could the Amazfit Bip, one of the world's cheapest smartwatches, bring down the empire built by the Apple watch Only time will tell. But can it tell the time Yes, it can. In fact, it does a heck of a lot more than you'd expect from £45 worth of tech.- Incredibly cheap
- Odyssean battery life
- Heart rate and sleep monitoring
- App needs work
- No music
- No microphone
Great product, thanks
Arrived 3 weeks earlier than advertised. Great product, thanks. Recommended product and seller
Xiaomi Mi Onyx Black Amazfit Bip Smart Watch Ultra Lightweight (32g only),Built in Sony 28nm Low-Consumption GPS + Glonass module Heart Rate Monitor,Stonking Battery Life(Up to 30+ days), IP68 Water Resistance,Notification Reminder
Like other reviewers have said, this isn't a "smart watch" as much as it's a slight upgrade on really basic fitness trackers like the Fitbit Charge 2 or the Xiaomi Mi Band 2. It has fantastic battery life (I've charged it once in the last month), it tracks your steps, activity and heart rate, it...
Over all, not bad. But sleep tracking is useless for someone who works overnights and sleeps days (as in won't track at all). And without two separate paid apps it will NOT remote control music like the description mentions (that and learning Tasker to do this.).
