World of Warriors may look great on the PS4 but it become tedious...
Although World of Warriors started as a mobile game, developer Mind Candy announced in 2016 that its first ever PlayStation 4 game will be a port of World of Warriors. Two years later, the game made its debut on Sony's gaming console and we've been given the chance to play it so that you won't have...
Cute art style; Reward amount; Level design; Lots and different warriors to collect
Multiplayer is almost impossible to get into; Uninteresting progression system; Solo campaign can do away with most gameplay mechanics; Falls short to ambitions; remains a "time waster
World of Warriors is a bit of an oddity: a four-year-old mobile game of turn-based combat transformed into a family-friendly PS4 brawler. The look of the game, with its bobble-headed cartoon fighters and simple, cel-shaded graphics has transferred, along with the focus on collecting and training a...
Knockabout arena combat; Good for two players; Decent line-up of 40 fighters to collect
So many warriors; so little personality; Very repetitive; Gets grindy as the game goes on
There's an inherent scepticism that comes when you look at a game that is a console port of a relatively popular mobile game. When I first learned of this information, I braced myself for resource counters, premium currencies and so many microtransactions that they would make my head spin.
Lots of warriors to unlock and play with; Level variety and environmental implementations; No microtransactions even if they would have worked; Relatively simple to understand mechanics; Online mode can be fun
Gets quite monotonous; Mobile game visuals doesn't do it many favours; Nothing really special from a gameplay standpoint; Becomes a grind way too fast with an unfair difficulty spike

Although Ghost Recon: Advance Warfighter 2 won't reinvent the wheel, it zooms along at such an exhilarating pace that you're unlikely to care. Another worthy addition to the Tom Clancy pantheon.
Visual upgrades; variety of multiplayer options; clan support
A.I; and control issues, improvements are merely evolutionary
Assembling the warriors of the world!
World of Warriors is an RPG fighter in which you assemble warriors and leaders from across the globe and time to fight for you; It's almost like card collecting; You spend money to buy warriors, but you don't know which fighter you are going to get.
The game has many of the same problems that most free to play games have; The in-game currency system for buying more warriors is skewed so that there are not a lot of rarer gems given to get the better warriors, so you need to purchase them with real money The energy system is also a real pain as...
Mobile gaming is a genre that gives me shakes and twitches if I go anywhere near it. The targeted pop-up ads, t...
