Love my new induction cooktop. Easy to use and looks great. Never going back to a gas cooktop.

Online ordering is poorly managed and difficult to follow-up. When I paid online for my cook top I was phoned by the local store to say they have none in stock and would order my cooktop. There was no call to say when it would be available. After waiting more than a week I phoned the store. The salesperson located the order and that the product was now in store but it was nothing to do with me. I negotiated being connected with another person who then had to find the order again. Finally, it was agreed she could now arrange delivery. Product itself is sleek and looks great. Works beautifully. Not missing our gas cooktop at all.

The cooktop is sitting on a bed in a spare room waiting for Kinsman Kitchens to install the kitchen cabinetry. A job promised to take three days has now stretched out to 15 days with no end in sight so I can't rate your cooktop!

Love cooking with induction. Food cooks very evenly. Highly recommend it

This is quick and easy to learn to use and very functional. I have one pot that is too small to be used on the cooktop surface - which I was a bit annoyed about. But I bought a stainless steel adapter plate and that seems to have solved the issue. Also invested in a silicone mat, which seems to be helping with pots slipping on the glass surface. Overall, I'm pretty happy. Feels very efficient. I guess I'll see when the powerbill comes!
