A good all-round option
I previously has a gas stove. The disadvantage of this was that when turning down the heat in the oven the flame would sometimes go out. So when I saw the ad for a dual feul stove I thought about upgrading. The selling point however, was the addition of an air fryer option in the oven. The best thing for me so far is that for the first time I was able to get perfect pork crackling on my roast. I always thought it was me but it seems it was my gas oven that failed perfecting the crackling. The disadvantages however, is that my old oven had a very handy storage tray at the base of the stove. This one doesn't and I need to find somewhere else to store my baking trays. There is no substantial splashback to stop the wall behind the stove being splattered, but that is true of all new stoves these days. Not sure about the grill being in the oven, but it does work well and doesn't reaaly require pre-heating. Additionally, the brushed stainless steel cooktop is very easy to clean.
