Excellent product, Pros being able to use the disk functions straight out of the box, ie preformatted. Cons being aa purchase lead time of about 1 month and some bloatware to remove if the only required function is a "Disk storage device".

This is perfect! Small enough to not get in the way yet heaps of space meaning I can save all of my documents and photos in the same place!

Awful, I will never buy a WD HDD again, after 2 months stopped working and making clicking sound known as "the click of death". Just stopped working for no reason, didn't drop or damage it. Get an SSD If you actually care about keeping your data, hard drives are not worth the risk anymore!

Every time I mount this disk I have to run a utility to 'fix' it. Total garbage!

I've found the portable hard drive easy to use with it's easy 'plug and play' to set-up.

Bought this for less than 6 months and it now comes out with Fatal Error and I lost all my backup.

I am collating all my photos and files and what a perfect way to do it. The item is compact, slimline, easy to use and fits perfect in a case I bought.
