Fast drive and cheap, no problems with speed. Does get a little loud in an open case although but can only hear it when you are trying to.

A large storage space at a cheap price with (what seems) comparable speeds to that of a SSD

Great quality hard drives, and hasn't had a single fault

I have three of these in Raid 5. & can barely hear them when they are running.

I installed this into my computer and the first thing my wife said was " thats quiet, you can put the cover back on now." Well done Mighty Ape. A great product and price and the overnight delivery to a rural address was a nice surprise.

Great but you may need more in the future, it may be better to invest in a 2 or 3 tb hard drive

This HD works exactly how it should and for its price you cant really beat it! only thing id say is to prepare yourself for when SSD start becoming more affordable and popular (they are already really popular). SSD is much faster (instant) becuase it has no spinning disk in it meaning that it wont slow down. But as of right now you still want a HD for everything you dont need at instant access. But yeah, great buy, solid build and works as expected
