Works just how it should

This HD works exactly how it should and for its price you cant really beat it! only thing id say is to prepare yourself for when SSD start becoming more affordable and popular (they are already really popular). SSD is much faster (instant) becuase it has no spinning disk in it meaning that it wont slow down. But as of right now you still want a HD for everything you dont need at instant access. But yeah, great buy, solid build and works as expected

Bought 3. I have an SSD for the OS, one HDD for games, one for music and audio stuff, and one for other programs. They haven't produced any annoying noise like the other reviews say. I have them screwed into the mounts from the Fractal Define R5 case, with the rubber dampeners. Best value for money. They were on my doorstep the next morning. Very happy

Good for Everything

This drive is very basic and easy to set up. I was able to move the data from my older (smaller HDD) to this one without any hassle and installed it quickly. It worked from day dot and hasn't given me any sort of problem. Another AWESOME drive from Western Digital!
