I had been looking around for just such an item to incorporate into my department at work. It has been a month now and I can honestly say that the Uniden UH850S-2TP 5W UHF Waterproof CB Handheld (Tradies Packs) radios are doing the job they were bought for.

Ordered on Friday, delivered Monday Great service!!!!!! The radios work very well in an area where the buildings are made of freezer panel. Having a case to pack everything into is an added bonus

We bought these for work departments, large factory and trying to get a hold of someone in a hurry can be frustrating. Now not so much a problem and we are all in the loop if any issues have arisen. Great range and clarity... a little sketchy around big machinery though. Otherwise quite satisfied with our purchase.

I have been using this radio every day as a traffic controller and it is fantastic

The radio unit itself is high quality and exactly what one would expect for the price. Excellent performance, am very happy with it. That said, the accessories are a little "cheap" and don't inspire too much confidence- but they do the job OK. Would highly recommend!
