Product fine. Online ordering system and customer feedback non existent. The most disgusting online buying experience I have ever encountered. Product was ordered and funds taken from my account immediately. Could get no reply as to order status after 3 weeks. Product finally turned up a month later. Understand the delay, but could get no feedback/reply to emails/forms whatsover. Not good enough

A good basic phone that does the job. It is slightly crackly but think this is more out line than the phone.
