Hardware/processor etc is fine. Just let down by the software. Still, many many months after release, it's very buggy. Currently having to run a beta version of the software to get it working (on advice of Unifi support for my initial setup issues.) Not able to export previous config from previous Cloud Key 2 plus and reuse - ended up setting everything up again from scratch - ie WAPs, Protect, Unifi switch, everything. Arrgh. Multiple support cases. Since then many disappointments: still not able to view firewall log (even exporting to a syslog server doesn't show clearly accepts or drops), there are dual WAN ports but it's not able to...view more

Great appliance. Security has been turned on and Im still getting 900M down and 500M up. COuld do with better help function as it is a powerful tool

For setting up a small office, this is an ideal appliance. It makes managing networking, security, camera, wifi easy, and all in one place. We are running this with a Unifi PoE switch and Unifi AP's, and everything just works perfectly together. If I had one gripe, it would be that the DMP pro does not have PoE ports, requiring the purchase of a separate PoE switch. (would have 5 stars otherwise)

I upgraded my home network, use this for their protect camera software to add cctv and for the network monitoring capabilities. Lots of youtube videos on setup and very expandable. Pbtech had stock and a reasonable price with quick delivery. No one else in NZ had stock for 6 to 8 wks
