Game Review: EA Sports UFC 3

When sequels are announced many expect them to be bigger and greater than their predecessors and the vast majority of modern developers deliver on the expectations, as games such as Hotline Miami 2 , and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas , were significantly larger than the titles in the series which...

Intuitive and Free-flowing Stand Up Game; The Most Accurate Representation of The Sport to Date; Momentum System Adds Tremendous Amount of Complexity; Easy to Pick Up; Difficult to Master; All Fighters Feel Unique; More Than a Cheap Sequel

Ultimate Team is a Let Down; Some Fighters Look a Little Off; Relies Too Much on McGregor's Fame

Winner by TKO - EA Sports UFC 3 review

Jon Jones was one of the most powerful fighters ever to step into the Octagon, Ronda Rousey was the reigning undefeated champion, and the most dangerous fighters on the mat were coming out of the TUF house. That was in 2014, and EA had taken over the UFC fight game after the collapse of THQ.

Overhauled career system is a hit; Improved animation system; Training system is no longer a grind; New modes are a welcome addition; Feels more authentic than ever

Submissions feel overpowered; AI still recovers far faster than you ever could; Shut up; coach

PS4 Review - 'EA Sports UFC 3'

Buy EA Sports UFC 3 In 2014, EA Sports UFC felt like a proof of concept rather than a fully fleshed-out title, especially when compared to UFC Undisputed 3 . A small roster and lack of game modes marred an otherwise promising start for the series, which was under new ownership.

UFC 3 Review – Swingin' Like A Screen Door

As someone who has never been in a honest to goodness dust-up in my life, I couldn't imagine the stones it takes to step into the octagon and face down madmen who could break necks and cash cheques in one motion. Thanks to video games, I can live the dream vicariously through a television screen.

EA Sports UFC 2 review

His entrance music blaring, Matt jams in his mouthpiece and heads to the octagon to size up EA Sports UFC 2.

A wealth of moves and modes; Smart grappling mechanics; Ultimate Team is excellent; Joe Rogan cheat code

Feels a little sluggish, and a bit lifeless; Brutally steep learning curve; Some training mini-games are confounding

My son and I have a blast playing this

I care about what children grow up learning, but I would say this game is ok for anyone over 10. Because you don't want your children learning to fight people. But if your child is mature like an adult, this game is ok for them to play.
