Till now, I have not found any kind of serious cons in this product. Speed is however sometimes a little bit frustating but overall the performance is okay.

1TB is PLENTY! This is fab, ive managed to add so much to this hard drive already with loads of space spare. I dont think ill ever get atound to using all this space.

I have been using it on a USB 1.0 plug, though I believe it may work on USB 2.0. So I can't really comment on speed except that I notice it goes to sleep after a period of inactivity. It doesn't take long to get it up again.

It works on Windows 7 and 8, the operating systems of my two computers; It's a decent size (way more than I need, but it was a good deal when I bought it); There's no need for an extra plug; So far, it hasn't broken

For how I'm using it; the small cord size is fine; but it would be nice if the USB port on the drive was something like a micro-USB or mini-USB so that users won't have to get a special cord if they want it longer

I picked this thing from a normal computer store here. It took me ￡44.98. Here's hard drive here USB 3.0 and this is PC and MAC compatible. It includes Windows 8,7 and Mac. It gives you the amount of storage you can fill those out too with your musics, videos, photos of course one terabyte.

This is perfect for the person whose PC is running out of space, but who don't want to purchase a new computer. If I'd known how easy it was to solve the problem, I would have done it long, long before this.

These are easy to take with you and use to store whatever you need to store. They do not require any software or external power source, just connect it to your computer and you are ready to roll.

The first backup unit would not install. I brought it back and was given another one. The second backup unit installed with a little work and then would not backup anything. I am bring that one back too. I do not think I will replace it with an other Toshiba.

been using this device for 4months now not a single problem and the transfer speed is good too. price and offer was great and also the device works flawlessly.

First harddrive I've personally had fail on me in 21 years in the IT industry. Worked great for 5 months then just failed, not impressed. Got 2 of these, the other is running ok, but won't be trusting it for anything important.
