For nearly a decade I have been reviewing Spider-Man games. During those years Spidey has seen his share of ups and downs but ever since developer Beenox took over the franchise, Spider-Man has consistently delivered a solid web slinging experience.

Worst game ever. I pre-order every PS4 game. Will stay far away from Beenox. This should have been last gen only. Graphics was horrible and glitches were everywhere. I felt like I was playing an alpha.

The controls aren't stable, and at times the automated camera angles are awful to the point of being distracting. This game was obviously rushed out to fit with the movie release schedule. There is potential here. I don't know if it was time, money or the will, but it could have been special. The combat isn't far off decent, it's just a shame that it's tied to the rest of the package.
