Important to check lens micro-adjustments with lens on camera immediately
It is very important to check lens micro-adjustments with lens on camera immediately and if it cannot be micro-adjusted in the camera to acheive sharpness then it must be returned for replacement.

Tamron SP 70-200mm F/2.8 Di VC USD G2 Lenses For Canon - Brand New review
The Tamron SP 24-70mm f/2.8 Di VC USD G2 (model A032) is a stabilized standard 2.9x zoom available in mounts for Canon and Nikon DSLRs with full-frame sensors. It also works on their DSLRs with APS-C/DX sensor where the angle of view is equivalent to a 36-105mm zoom lens.

Lens Test: Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 Di VC USD
Among pros, image-stabilized 70–200mm f/2.8 full-frame zooms have become must-own glass. They're in Canon ($2,499, street), Nikon ($2,397), Sigma ($1,399), and now Tamron's catalogs ($1,499), and we see them at weddings, sporting events, in portrait studios, and in backpacks.

The Tamron SP 70-200MM F/2.8 DI VC USD , ( buy from Amazon ) ( review ) is a new lens from Tamron. There is also a 70-200/2.8 USD lens (without stabilization), but the new lens isn't just the old lens with VC added.

EUROPEAN ZOOM LENS
This fast F2.8 telephoto zoom lens for full-frame SLRs delivers very good image quality and remarkably consistent resolution. The VC (Vibration Compensation) image stabiliser effectively compensates for camera shake in the Canon and Nikon versions of the lens.

Best telephoto VFM choice!
Pros:
- Superb sharpness
- IQ
- VFM
Cons:
- A bit slower AF than Nikkor f/2.8

The wide f/2.8 aperture and built-in image stabilisation make this lens one to consider if you regularly shoot in low-light conditions, and it's significantly cheaper than equivalent rivals from Canon, Nikon and Sony.

Tamron 70-200mm f/2.8 Di VC USD SP
For shooters on a budget and who aren't able to invest $2,000 on a professional 70-200mm lens, Tamron presents a solid, affordable option. There are definitely concessions to be made here, primarily in sharpness at the ƒ/2.8 setting, where the lens will probably spend most of its time.
