Works great
Onboard laptop WiFi was very slow, was getting around 6Mbps download speeds. I added this card and now I get the 50Mbps I pay for. Was easy to setup, Windows 7 installed the drivers for me, all I did was plug it into a USB port and when prompted, input the wireless key.

SO I bought this one because it was the only branded one in this range. The range is average and the Speed is good. If you can get around 2-3 Bars then the speed is good. Regarding software, I recommend not to install the TPlink utilities by the cd, only the drivers.

Good device, but little problems with Windows 8.1
This is the first time I used a Wireless Adapter for my desktop PC and I'm happy with the speed though it has dropped when compared to the LAN. I shifted my main router to the living hall and using this WA in my bedroom, so that I can cover the entire house without getting disconnected.

works great with pogoplug linux system
this item worked with the little server box i have running with it. The wifi worked straight out of the box.

Excellent product also can be used as an Hotspot rather then spending on Wifi router spend on this product and i assure you that you eant be diasppointed using conectify for making wifi hotspot And thanks Flipkart for this Awesome service got this product within 2 days !

Have 4 of these at home and they all work great easy setup and no issues so far.
Pros:
- Price
- Easy to setup
Cons:
- Sticks out from pc could see someone bumping it and wrecking a usb port

Unable to connect to my wireless router
Downloaded and installed quickly but have been unable to connect to my wireless router. Device does not "see" my wireless router while cell phones and laptops all around me are connecting with ease.

Had some issues
I tried for 2 days searching online for a fix or known issue and came up with nothing. I tried multiple drivers and configurations and even used an extension cable to see if maybe they were getting RF interference from one another.
Pros:
- Installed easy enough
Cons:
- Had HUGE issues with this adapter and my Microsoft wireless 5000 mouse and keyboard
- Every 10-15 seconds my mouse pointer would lag or stutter across the screen
- I check hardware monitors and it should almost 0 CPU usage so I know my processor (FX 8120) was being bogged down
