I have the "TP-LINK TL-ANT2424B 2.4GHz 24dBi Directional Grid Parabolic Antenna, N Female connector, weather resistant" "TRENDnet Low Loss Reverse SMA Female to N-Type Male Weatherproof Connector Cable (8M, 26.2ft.
Nice unit, and it holds it self after a year of service 45 feet in the air in the cold and hot Canadian weather. For distance...well any common since dude guy knows WI-fi will only travel max a block are two so don't hope to get 2 mile range Even with alfa 2 watts amp.
I am to stay in a remote area where mobile networking is very feable. Can use any enhancer/booster to catch up the nearest mobile tower around 6-7 km apart from my residence.or any other suitable possibilitirs
I went from a 4dbi omni antenna to a 14dbi yagi antennae and have dramatic improvement with this TPLINK 24dbi antennae. Its well worth the cost considering you can purchase it on a consumer level.
Strength is the strength of the signal! I went from 11-14 dbi connections to 19-22 dbi on tplink wireless connection utility; Antenna itself is made of steel and the bracket to mount it is heavy gauge aluminum; Weight together is easy to handle
No instruction manual to show how to put it together but its self explanatory with a bit of common sense and simple looking at the final product in any picture; NOTE: If your connection speed is always 3megabits p 70 ping don't expect that aspect of your connection to increase...
