Linux support is bogus

The box says that is support Linux, the the drivers only support kernel up to 3.14. It is possible to get it working with newer kernels if you compile from source from one of the forks on Github... that is not Linux support... that is a hack.

Worked fine in the first month

Worked fine in the first month, then it became really unstable, every time it was working for a couple hours, then starting failing and dropping the connection.

Good product

Works as advertised. Almost able to install and integrate with the onboard NIC without reading instructions. Good purchase.

Drops Signal Constantly

Continuously drops wifi signals. My signal could go from 75 Mbps to 1 Mbps and then go right back up to 20 Mbps only to drop back down to 1 Mbps and stay there for an indefinite amount of time.

"Poor connectivity"

Failed to hold a stable connection with a 5Ghz signal and repeatedly forgot which signal it was needing to connect to. Buy a proper wireless PCI chip.

Good reception in the house

Price was right. Good reception in the house, and a much easier solution than circumventing the laptop white list to replace a wifi card. Had to disable the internal wifi card and restart a few times but now is very stable and reliable.

Excellent under windows

simple to setup, however it needs a driver (supplied on a mini CD). paired up with my TP-Link wireless extender immediately. However couldn't find any driver for Linux, which somewhat restricts my choices, and makes it unusable for pretty much any NAS.
