I have a Roku Smart TV and it seemed to buffer all the time. My son started playing on the WII and it seemed the buffering started around the time he spent playing the online games. After reading various articles on the internet, I decided to try a dual band router.

Bought this to improve wifi range in a detached study. Connected the router via TPLInk plugs, which send the internet signal via the mains power cable. Means that the detached study now has great wifi.

I had no issues with this router whatsoever. For it's price, it's a great deal. The only issue I have with it is AC1200 because I stream and transfer files between computers constantly. For those who don't do this(most), they will be very happy with the product.

Lot's of configurations available for this router. Just using the basic setup alone is more than enough to boost our wifi at home. I was able to use the wireless bridge mode for this and it was easy to setup. However due my old wifi modem being weak, the connection was breaking up.

I really like this router, of course there is some sacrifices by the price you pay, namely the wired ports are 10/100M and the USB is 2.0, but this is clearly stated in the specs section (at least in newegg) so no surprises there unless you don't pay attention.

This was an upgrade to my home Wi-Fi. Once I went through the help files it was quite easy to set up and connect to 2 range extenders as we live in an old property with thick walls The Wi-Fi speed is impressive with both movies and iPlayer

I've had two of these it for year and a half, nothing but problems: they hang, internet stops working, speeds drop to a crawl, etc. Usually fixed by daily reboots. Tried to set up a wireless bridge with two of these, messed around with configuration a lot, did not find a stable configuration.

Its an excellent router, takes care of reconnection after a power flip automatically. Please note the new variant that is shipped is versions 3 of C50. It not a duplicate one but looks very different from version 2.

The Archer C50-AC1200 Router is a really great router for its price point. Another router I have at home is the Netgear AC1900 Router, priced at $160 USD, which is nearly 3x greater in price so they are not comparable in price and speed; however, both have 4 ports for ethernet connection, a usb...
