A cute little game with challenging landscapes, hidden treasures & a mystery to solve! Hours of fun & highly recommended! !

Steamworld Dig 2 is really a wonderful game. I loved the original, yet the sequel builds on and expands it in nearly every way. The basic premise is that your character is able to dig down into the depths of the world, revealing caverns, treasure, enemies and more.

Really great game! However, it is a port and personally I play this rather on another platform.

I was a great fan of the first SteamWorld Dig , having played it quite a bit on the PlayStation 4. I even managed to come across the final boss, but the sudden spike in difficulty stopped me from completing it.

Having not owned a Switch for long and predominantly gaming on my Xbox One, I really needed a hook game, something to really endear the console to me. Steamworld Dig 2 is a top-notch game that so succeeds at what it set out to do, that calling it merely "retro-inspired" almost feels like an insult. It's a fantastic 2D title, and belongs in anyone's collection.
