Just played the demo at a Game show in Birmingham. The demo was set on a show level (in looked very generic but was a large map) The game-play was great with the controls easy to pick up.

The graphics are second to none, with little room for improvement and the gameplay is recommendable to any hardcore gamer out there. captures the essence of Star Wars beautifully, harnessing the most exciting and memorable pieces of the universe for a unique and spectacular combat sandbox. Aside from awkward performances and a poor original score, Battlefront is a master class in aesthetic authenticity.

Weak game modes; Weird music and VO

It's hard to not get caught up in the occasional moment in Battlefront if you're a big Star Wars fan. I loved stalking towards rebels as Darth Vader, force choking them as the Imperial March played.

Am I ever glad my local Gamestop allowed me to swap this title with another $60 of my choice. This game is bad. Like most of the merchandise being pumped out in anticipation of the new movie, this game is no exception. When I saw Dice was signed on to make this, I expected a great shooter.

Of all the wonderful memories I have of the original Star Wars trilogy, perhaps none stand out as much as the time I first witnessed the epic battle on Hoth in Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes back.

Though there's not many at launch, each of the planets have a distinct, unique feel to them; Endor, for example, is dense and full of trees, which provide some wonderful hiding spots.

That lack of depth makes Battlefront a tough game to understand, because If you're a Star Wars fan and you like multiplayer shooters, then there's no question that you should invest in this game. You're going to have a pretty good time with it.
