Very Awesome Game

So full of action and neat things to do. The challenges are great and goals to work towards. Great game!

"Solid gameplay, not enough content."

Fun game to play in short bursts but is lacking in longevity

Demo

Just played the demo at a Game show in Birmingham. The demo was set on a show level (in looked very generic but was a large map) The game-play was great with the controls easy to pick up.

Star Wars Battlefront Review

captures the essence of Star Wars beautifully, harnessing the most exciting and memorable pieces of the universe for a unique and spectacular combat sandbox. Aside from awkward performances and a poor original score, Battlefront is a master class in aesthetic authenticity.

Huge sandbox; Great co-op missions; Spectacular multiplayer

Weak game modes; Weird music and VO

Star Wars Battlefront review - Not quite a Jedi Master yet

That lack of depth makes Battlefront a tough game to understand, because If you're a Star Wars fan and you like multiplayer shooters, then there's no question that you should invest in this game. You're going to have a pretty good time with it.

+ Outstanding presentation; + Walker Assault; Fighter Squadron; Supremacy offer great uniqueness; + Solid Survival and Mission campaigns

- Broadly lacks focus; - Too many modes feel like variations of other uninspiring modes; - Season Pass content should have been in the final game

Star Wars Battlefront isn't as robust as its peers but it succeeds at scratching a nostalgic itch for Star Wars like no other game in the franchise. Those holding off from playing because of a lack of content can look to the future as DICE plans to launch five paid expansion packs.

It's hard to not get caught up in the occasional moment in Battlefront if you're a big Star Wars fan. I loved stalking towards rebels as Darth Vader, force choking them as the Imperial March played.

You know, in some ways Star Wars: Battlefront is my favorite shooter of 2015. It's brisk, it's big, it's beautiful, and it's entirely faithful to its license. After the disappointing Battlefield 4 , DICE has outdone themselves with Battlefront.
