Sony Xperia Go Review
Rugged phones have been around for quite some time but have been quite gimmicky in their "rugged" utility. In focusing on the rugged aspect of the smartphone, these devices have given up on some essential features such as utility, comfort and power under the hood.
Pros:
- Solid performance
- Great build quality
- Good camera
Cons:
- No ICS out-of-the-box
- Low-res display
- Cramped onscreen keyboard

Not everyone stays on dry land. Some people actively seek adventures and activities that take them into the water, and Sony has made a new phone just for those people, that won't, you know, stop working, when water comes in contact.
Pros:
- Able to survive the water
- something few touchscreen phones can do
- Reasonably inexpensive

- Low resolution screen
- Mediocre battery life
- Signal drop outs and shifts to 2G were common

Or you want a phone that can do it's basic task, you'll find the Xperia Go not providing a single hitch for you. I'll recommend it for the price you are actually paying for it and you'll fine that many will do the same.

Sony Xperia Go Review: In Depth
If the new Sony Xperia Go is telling us anything it's that rugged phones aren't what they used to be. With a slim, stylish high grade plastic chassis and dual-core processor, the Go is no slouch on the style or specs front. At £220 it's also competitively priced for a dual-core device.

The Sony Xperia Go runs on Android OS v2.3 (Gingerbread) and is powered by Dual-core 1.0 GHz processor with 512MB RAM. It has a 3.5-inch, 320 x 480 pixel display. The Sony Xperia Go also comes with a 5.0-megapixel camera that is able to record videos at 720p.
