At the moment. The only direct competitor in the 4k space in terms of bright room performance in the Samsung QN90A, which arguably has better brightness and more dimming zones, but Sony x95J has better colours and processing, (and a couple other little things like better quality control on stuff like dirty screen effect, etc) which to me was more important, which is why I bought this one. The way colours have this warm, vibrant POP on this when you feed it good content. Is honestly something to behold. Absolute bleeding edge, top of the line. It also has Dolby Vision support unlike the Samsung, which is the wider supported (and better) dynamic HDR format. The other options in this price space are arguably 8k (on special) and OLED. Which. For me, both had drawbacks. It's hard to even get decent 4k content outside of specifically made HDR demo's, let alone 8k content. Even brand new movies will largely suffer compression on streaming services, and will be limited by the content source 'n...

A TV that is built to last. Should be for this price. This TV was so well packed it arrived in perfect condition. Follow the directions and the legs are easy to connect. Just choose one of the three locations before you start and it will be quick. The picture out of the box blows you away. Its bright, colourful and detailed. There is a lot of fine tuning you can do to match the room its in, but turn it on and its almost perfect. Setup with Google TV was thorough and takes a bit of time but its worth getting it right the first time. There are a few UTube videos that help if youre looking to get more information. The quality of the X95J is easily visible. From the metal frame to the picture quality. this TV has not disappointed. Put on a 4K movie and youre in the theatre. Enjoy.

It has a beautiful picture, great sound and the remote control is intuitive to use, so we are happy so far. This TV replaces a slightly cheaper well known brand that developed a dark spot after about 5 years of use. We are hoping the Sony will last much longer as most Sony products tend to do.

Great screen size for a living room. Easy to control brightness. The best sound I have heard from a flat screen mounted on a wall
