Purchased online as my other sony earphones had broken. All the specs sounded fine - when I open them the black cord / wire connecting each earphone is sooooo long. The volume adjuster was half way down my back. Really impractical if you're in the gym or running.

Comfortable in your ears. Bluetooth connection is really simple although the connection cuts out slightly when in very busy places (like Waterloo station at rush hour!) - presumably due to interference from other Bluetooth devices. Sound quality is great though.

Sadly, I need bluetooth headphones to do my job. I have purchased pretty much every offering out there. Jabra, Plantronics, Beats, Jaybird, Anker, cheap Amazonian... The list goes on & on ..
