Fall out of ear

Be careful purchasing these. I bought these for my partner for his birthday and after using them a day, the right pod kept falling out of his ear when he moved around. He tried all the earbud sizes and still had the same issue. He was hoping to use these in the gym but thats impossible.

Sony WF-1000XM3 True Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones - Black WF1000XM3B review

Decent all-around performance, but doesn't live up to the price tag

Sound quality doesn't live up to expectations

Good features, excellent sound and noise cancellation.

This is an awesome product if you walk/public transport around on a day to day basis and want a nice relaxing noise cancellation to block out all the noises and relax. Do not buy these if you want to go jogging etc in them, they don't work for running. They just make loud thumping noises inside your head other use these seem great.

Sony WF-1000XM3

Sony's true wireless WF-1000XM3 earphones deliver excellent noise cancellation and powerful audio performance with the ability to adjust the EQ. The Google Assistant inclusion seems like an afterthought, and not a terribly unique one at that.

Excellent noise cancellation; Strong audio performance, with adjustable EQ

On-ear controls can be a pain to operate; Half-baked Google Assistant implementation

Sony WF-1000XM3 Review

Sony's WF-1000XM3 true wireless earphones feature noise cancellation Google Assistant. That's a lot of features for one product, so it's no surprise the price is high—$229.99—and it's fair to wonder if all the features advertised live up to what Sony is charging. From an audio standpoint, the earphones deliver powerful sound, and in-app EQ allows for user-adjustable custom presets, so it gets high marks there. And the active noise cancellation (ANC) is excellent, though we wish it could be adjusted in the Sony app. Google Assistant compatibility isn't really integrated into the product with a special button or wake word, however, and the on-ear controls can be annoying to operate. In all, the good outweighs the bad, but Sony missed the opportunity to make these earphones truly great—though it nailed the important stuff. Design Available in black or silver models, the earpieces are somewhat large, and feature status LEDs that shine through the plastic exterior in a cool, cloud-lik...

Sony's WF-1000XM3 true wireless earphones deliver excellent noise cancellation and strong audio performance, tempered by some easily avoidable shortcomings.

Excellent noise cancellation; Strong audio performance, with adjustable EQ

On-ear controls can be a pain to operate; Half-baked Google Assistant implementation

Sony WF-1000XM3 Review: These earbuds sound great if you can get them in your ears

I've been using Sony's latest wireless earbuds, the ‘WF-1000XM3s', for more than a month and they're fantastic.

Sounds exquisite; Noise-cancelling on small form-factor; Ambient sound option to hear cars

Uncomfortable; Oddly designed; Expensive

Sony WF-1000XM3 Review: Wireless Noise-Canceling Earbud Heaven

The Sony WF-1000XM3 wireless earbuds have some pedigree to live up to. Named – and designed, for that matter – to draw obvious connections with Sony's WH-1000XM3 headphones, the promise is industry-leading active noise cancellation in a Bluetooth earbud, without stinting on musical performance.

Active noise cancellation works exceptionally well; Audio quality is great; EQ adjustment allows for musical tweaking; Battery life is excellent

No waterproofing; Frequent fliers may miss a cable option; No wireless charging; No on-earbud volume controls

Sony WF-1000XM3 noise-canceling earbuds review: blissful listening

Sony's inaugural pair of true wireless earbuds, the WF-1000X, didn't stand out among the competition when they hit the market in 2017. They were plagued by some of the common stumbles of first-generation earbuds with no cable between them - connection dropouts, audio delay when watching video, and...

Noise cancellation in a tiny package; Excellent sound quality; Classy; sleek look; Lengthy battery life for true wireless earbuds

No sweat or water resistance; Can only pair to one device at a time; No wireless charging; Can't control volume from earbuds
