I bought the tripod for my boyfriend for Christmas online for $29. He has a Nikon D5100 with extra battery which makes the camera heavier. The tripod is not shaky and seems pretty steady. It extends up pretty high so that my bf doesn't have to bend (he's 5'11").

Not super high quality, but perfect for quick jobs or travel. It was my first tripod and was perfect for a beginner. I've since bought an expensive professional model, but keep this for travel and to hold a second camera.

I use this Product ALL the time because of its exceptional functions. Especially filming my Nephews Football Games.

Tripod is very versitile and adapts to most leading camera brands. A carry bag could possibly be included in future offers.

Easy to carry in a car or a suitcase. Quick to set up and well made. It does the trick when you need a steady hand to catch the action or inaction.

The Sony VCTR640 tripod is smooth. That's what I was looking for. My previous tripod clicked every time I made an adjustment, which was recorded on the camcorder. This tripod is worth its money.

This tripod feels very sturdy yet its legs are not as bulky as some. When collapsed, it is very small. Many of the parts are metal, but the parts that are plastic are high quality plastic. The top swivels smoothly without any jerking motions.
