Good bass, loud for its size... well worth it.

I've had this little unit for a week or so now and I wonder how I ever managed without it. With the radio player app on my smartphone I mostly listen to podcasts, the world service and classical music, 'I am of a certain age'.
I bought a SONY SRS-XB22L Speaker yesterday and I am blown away by the quality of this speaker. I have been 'around the block' a few times; if you get my drift. Hence I did have my doubts about this speaker. I am not looking for a Boom Boom Bang Your Head Off Speaker.

We have 14 bluetooth speakers in this house cause my husband has bought several and got a few at Christmas. I put in a pool this year and we live by a highway, none of our speakers were loud enough so I tested this one out at best buy and decided this was the one!
