The Pulse 3D is Sony’s new, first-party PS5 wireless gaming headset, a sleek-looking set of headphones that carries a $99.99 price tag. The Pulse 3D sounds quite good, with plenty of bass, and it uses the PS5’s surround sound mixing well. Sony's Pulse 3D Wireless Headset has a couple of caveats, including flat mic performance and the lack of Bluetooth connectivity, but the 3D Audio performance is exemplary. It is so cleverly designed to match the PS5 in looks and talents that it doesn't really play well with other devices, but that's the point really. This is unapologetically a PlayStation headset for the latest PlayStation console, and in that is one of the best value propositions around.
