At first these earphones would hurt my ears when i would use them for a long period of time. Now they don't bother me at all. The sound is really good, the bass is nice & also the built in mic works good for calls. I prefer Sony earphones over almost any brand.
Excellent product & Good delivery system with fedex courier
Amazing Headset from Sony with Enhanced Sound Performance Pros: - Feel the mind-blowing, soul-stirring power of Extra Bass of this Sony Headset to make your music come alive with a knockout punch.
I've have tried many top brands in the past but this one has a good and loud bass sound that is also a perfect fit inside my ears.I can wear this all day long!
Good product, no complaints - except today....I bought these not long ago, taken good care of them, but today inexplicably the On/Off button FELL OUT!!!I am now having to use the nib of a pen to try & switch them on/off - surely not acceptable.
Well for starters I am not what I would call an audiophile, I'm more of a sound enthusiast who loves good quality sound and slightly bassier music. I enjoy listening to hip-hop, rock, classical, indie, and many other genres.
The Sony MDR-XB50BS is one of the best activity-oriented in-ear headphones for its price. Bass performance is particularly great, although mids are somewhat compromised. I am not a great fan of its design either, but the splash resistance helps during workout sessions.
Very good low frequency performance; Good clarity of audio; Water- and splash-resistant
Compromised mids; Awkward design
Sony's new MDR-XB50BS Extra Bass Sports Wireless in-ear headphone is worth considering for a few reasons: Not only is it relatively inexpensive at around $60 online (£60 or AU$130), but just as importantly it fits well and sounds good, particularly if you listen to bass-heavy music.
It's got some small downsides, but the reasonably priced Sony MDR-XB50BS is a step up in sound from a lot of inexpensive wireless sports headphones.
The Sony MDR-XB50BS is affordably priced, sweat-resistant, sounds decent and fits well (it's easy to get a tight seal); Battery life is good at 8.5 hours and the headphone has strong bass performance.
Not the greatest-looking wireless sports headphone; performed only OK as a headset; no protective case.
