I bought this device solely on the USB port feature. I didn't want to constantly burn media to a fixed DVD or CD, but alas foiled. I'm in the process of returning device.

No USB port; The product number is correct, but the actual device has no usb port
What a great quality product - you certainly get what you pay for with this unit from Sony. My little girl loves watching her dvds on it. Picture is very clear, vibrant and the colours are very bold. Almost as good as watching it on the TV.
Long battery life and good picture
Quite a long time to charge but not too much of a problem; Worst thing was speaker quality; Speakers tend to buzz or crackle even with headphones in, if volume is too high i.e; above 15; 1st player was replaced within a day as I thought it was faulty, but replacement was the same.
