Sony Alpha 77 II Review
The Sony Alpha 77 II has one of the quickest autofocus systems we've seen on an SLR and can shoot at 12fps, making it our Editors' Choice. The Sony Alpha 77 II ($1,199.99, body only) is a camera that's sure to be of keen interest to photographers who capture fast action. The 24-megapixel APS-C SLR can fire off shots at 12fps and its 79-point autofocus system excels at tracking moving subjects. Its electronic viewfinder may turn some traditionalists off, but it's big, sharp, and clear enough to give competing optical finders a run for their money. Its design also allows for very quick autofocus when recording video, and Wi-Fi is built in. The Alpha 77 II earns our Editors' Choice award, ousting the Pentax K-3 ($1,085.95 at Adorama) from its perch. Design and FeaturesThe Alpha 77 II ( at Amazon) looks a lot like the previous iteration of the camera, the Alpha 77 ( at Amazon) . The body measures 4.1 by 5.6 by 3.2 inches (HWD) and weighs 1.6 pounds. It's just a little bit bigger than the Canon EOS 70D ($1,277.00 at Amazon) (4.1 by 5.5 by 3.1 inches, 1.7 pounds), which carries some extra weight, likely because of its mor...

Sony SLT-A77 II Review – First Impressions
It is difficult to evaluate the Sony designs Sony SLT-A77 II because there is nothing else like it available on the industry. While there are 'premium' super zoom digital cameras out there, such as the Olympus Stylus pen 1, the RX10's 1" indicator combined with a continuous F2.8 24-200mm lens places...

Sony Alpha A77 II
No one can accuse the Sony Alpha 77 II of lacking ambition. It's been described (by the people who made it) as ‘The King of APS-C', a title that purports to put it above the Canon EOS 7D and the Nikon D7100 . Lofty.
Pros:
- Fantastic AF with superior tracking
- Excellent LCD
- Solid build quality
- Excellent overall image quality
Cons:
- Menus take some getting used to
- GPS tagging has been removed
- Some issues at high ISO

Sony Alpha 77 II review
See sample images taken with the Sony Alpha 77 II It has been nearly two years since Sony's last A-mount SLT (single lens translucent) camera. Since then, the company has had much success with its premium compacts and E-mount mirrorless cameras, leading many people to question whether Sony would...

Meet my expectations
I bought the sony in order to replace my canon 60d. I was satisfied with my canon, but this model was not fast enough in HD quality. The sony is a lot faster and i can take multiple shots without waiting for the camera to process the image, as long as you have the right SD card.
Pros:
- Easy To Use
- Fast Shutter Speed
- Good Image Quality
- Quiet
Cons:
- Short Battery Life

Sony warranties a joke Think twice before buying products
Will say I really like the camera but if you need to use the warranty have found out that it is not worth the paper it is printed on. Went to put sd card in slot wouldn't go in tried a few times.
