No bad for the money
These are definitely better than cheap versions and are very light although they are a little flimsy. The first pair I purchased (same as these) broke and I had to replace.

Terrible piece of junk
The Snom 320 phone is great, both handset and speakerphone. Why is this headset so terrible I don't get it. Returned the same day it arrived.
Pros:
- Comes with handy hook with adhesive backing so you can hang the headset on the wall
- Decently comfortable
Cons:
- The other party sounds terrible in your ear
- You sound terrible to them
- Plus a fair bit of echo (it's a headset, how do you get echo)
