Love it so easy to use and makes cooking a delight

a great upgrade

Upgraded our old cooktop & this is so much better & the recessed area is easy to cook. Beware the cast iron fittings can scratch the steel. Works as expected & the ring for larger pans/woks can go on any jet - needs electrical & gas connections.

When i removed the box from the car which had been loaded by the staff of the good guys i realized the box was not sealed. When your recommended gas fitter inspected the contents he informed that there were several items missing(Manuals ,fittings, conversion jets, sealer and maybe other items) He did the best he could to get me going, but the jets he had were the wrong size. I returned to the store the next day and was given some jets from a gas stove which i have not had the time to change yet. If i wanted a manual i was informed to go on the internet and download it. After spending over 2000 dollars on the cooktop and installation i am disappointed.
