Stunning microphone, warm and detailed, this is described as a legendary mic for a reason and it earns it perfectly. Well happy.

I wanted to like this mic...
I really wanted to love this microphone. Everyone raves about it and how wonderful it is, but even with try after try I just couldn't get it to work correctly. I've been looking for a microphone for podcasting and audiobook narration.

This is an Excellent balanced mic
I read so much positive reviews on this mic, so I decided to make the purchase. I have to say the SM7B has a smooth balanced response for vocals. I haven't used it on any other sources, but I'm pretty sure it will perform well on drums and guitar as well. Very satisfied with this mic.
