Bought a second pair of 535's to replace a lost pair. I've been using them for the past 3 years and they've been totally reliable, and sound quality is great for the price.
I've wanted a pair for ages and finally took the plunge on a pair of Red SE 535's. Previously had Shure 215 and Klipsch X10's but these are an altogether different beast!
Amazing sound; Bass that is clean, not fuzzy; Mids and Highs that are truly wonderful and bring a smile to your face each time you play a tune
Over ear cables a tad fiddly at first but ok once you sort them out; Once fitted they are secure and out if the way
The Shure 535 noise isolating earphones are the best on the market for you audiophiles out there. They have Triple High Definition Micro drivers which are composed of 2 woofers and a dedicated tweeter. This gives the Shure 535's the best all round sound.
The shure se535 are what you need if you're looking for a concert like sound from a pair of earphones. The fit is just perfect and they do come with a lot of accessories. The bass is very deep and crisp but not as to a level of fatigue inducing.Percussion and vocals are so lifelike that you will...
crisp bass; very profound vocals and great clarity
The highs could have been more clear
Upgraded from the SE425 to SE535 and didn't realize just how much I was missing. Goes toe-to-toe on bass with Bose in-ear headphones plus sounds better overall.
The Shure SE535s are the best earphones Shure have made yet, improving the sound quality and design of the classic Shure SE530s, but you'll have to open your wallet pretty wide to afford them. If you're serious about sound quality though, these are the new buds to beat.
A triple-driver design gives the Shure SE535 earphones fantastic performanceacross the whole frequency spectrum; Big, bombastic bass, lush mids and detailed treble will make your music sound better than ever before.
With an RRP just under £500, you'd be hard-pressed to find an MP3 player anywhere near as expensive as these earphones; Superb buds from rivals like Ultimate Ears can be had for half the price; Nothing about these earphones is small.
I think the SE535's are well on the other side of the boundary between earphones and in-ear-monitors. Other reviews suggested these Shures would reveal source limitations - I have found that to be true.
Accuracy and sound quality - no noticeable coloration; The sound loosens up once you've got a few hours on them; Interchangeable wire allows you to use custom wire or Shure's Bluetooth cable
Be prepared to hear whether your favorite music was really well recorded, or not; Um, kind of fussy over the ear wires - which I'm getting used to now
The best earphones.
Sounds nice and clear with decent bass - not as much as on Bose noise cancelling, but they take up much less space and don't boil my ears. Quite fiddly to put on but comfortable. Bobbi at the City branch gave great service by getting some into the branch to try out, which is essential for in-ear...
These headphones are great but not my personal favorite. I was using them paired with the FiiO @ Q1 amplifier. They are a bit bass heavy for my liking and did not fit particularly well in my ears. I do not think this is a design flaw but rather because I have a unique shaped head.
