We have been waiting for Kleer Audio Technology to appear in home headphones and are thrilled that Sennheiser has led the way. Wireless headphones are nothing new. Sennheiser RS 170

These headphones also have the closed-back design that's most desirable for private TV watching. Also, like the RS 180, the RS 170 lets you add multiple sets of headphones to your system.

Excellent sound quality; Comfortable; solid build; Great wireless range; Good passive noise reduction

Fiddly controls; Surround sound is unimpressive

I purchased these several months ago due to a slight hearing loss which meant I had to have the volume up very loud to hear people speaking on TV and movies. However this meant the sound effects were too loud for everybody.
