SENNHEISER PXC 550 BT NC Wireless Bluetooth Noise-Cancelling Headphones - Black

Connectivity and app were solid

Difficult; In bluetooth terms they're ok; But in comparison to wired headphones half the price the sound quality is truly awful; That's more a fault of bluetooth technology being far from ready to handle quality audio than it is these particular headphones.

Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless Bluetooth Headphone

Hello and Welcome to my review of the pxc 550. Beware that I will alter things as time goes by. I will also say to the heads up point as of the 20-03-17. That the headphones come with club mode put on a standard as I have had 2 sets of these headphones that came with it on.

Wireless; Comfortable; Good Sound

Upper Midrange and Lower Treble might not be for everyone; While ANC is turned off they sound a bit muddy

Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless in-depth review - Of geeky dreams

-By Zak Garner-Purkis Cliché's about German engineering are so common they are used in connection to almost everything from shampoo to sports cars. And the same is true in the world of headphones, where the name Sennheiser can be used in connected to any number of well-worn lines about precision,...

Very comfortable; great noise cancellation; interactive app

Expensive

Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless review

There's a lot that can go wrong with noise-cancelling wireless headphones compared with a regular pair of wired headphones. Even by themselves, each component is difficult to get right.

One of the biggest assumptions surrounding noise-cancelling headphones is that they're the kind of perk or feature that comes at the cost of portability. It's not impossible to fit premium noise-cancelling tech in headphones designed for use outside

Sennheiser PXC 550-II Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones PXC 550 II review

If you want a pair of no-frills, great-sounding headphones that you can take with you anywhere and wear all day, look no further. These headphones will do that for you. They're not the most exciting to look at, but they are solid performers.

Great sound; Lightweight and comfortable design; Portable and compact; Noise-cancelling is effective

Would like more adjustable EQ; Not the most premium design; Touch-sensitive panel can be over-sensitive

Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless review: A full-size Bluetooth headphone with active noise canceling that rivals Bose QC35

When it comes to headphones, one tends to associate Bose with the "business traveler" demographic. But Sennheiser's making a pitch to that segment of the market with its new PXC 550 Wireless, a "premium" over-ear Bluetooth headphone that also features active noise-cancellation. It's a direct competitor to Bose's QuietComfort 35 and costs $399, £329 or AU$630.

While it doesn't quite eclipse the less-expensive Bose, the Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless headphone is comfortable and feature packed, and performs very well.

The Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless is very comfortable, relatively lightweight over-ear wireless headphone that sounds very good and features impressive noise-cancellation technology; It has touch controls and delivers excellent performance as a headset; Good battery life.

It's pricier than the Bose; while the sound quality is excellent for Bluetooth, it's lacking that little bit of extra sparkle and definition (Sennheiser's own Momentum II Wireless sounds better).

Premium build, Poor quality sound.

When i opened the box thought these look like a nice pair of headphones. However thats where our love affair ended. The Pros Look stylish and seemed to fit well on my head and around my ears.
