Best sounding headphones I have had in my life, but the design is faulty and the cord snapped :( Be extra careful and gentle with them so they last long

My first go at Sennheiser Momentum headphones has gone without a single hitch. The Momentum offer an attractive alternative to either the Beats audio range or pretty much anything else on the market at the moment.
The Sennheiser Momentum Black headphones offer a bloated bass-focused sound. Read our Sennheiser Momentum Black review to find out more.
This is my honest review of almost a year's usage. So I bought this set around November of 2016. Great sound, loved the feel. The cord had a very nice extra length to it. Sadly within the first 3 months of usage, which has been average, non-abusive usage, the earbuds began to regularly fall off of...
Great sound for ear buds. Comfortable in my ear and they fit well. Color is nice and the cable seems sturdy. However not ideal buds for when your moving around a lot and walking around often. You can hear the thud noise from the movement of the buds in your ears bouncing around with every step.
We found the Sennheiser Momentum headphone to be a surprising step away from the classic, level Sennheiser sound, if sadly toward the muted and tuneless thump of fashion 'phones popularised by Beats.
The Sennheiser Momentum on-ear headphones are accurate in delivering sound quality but it's not designed for long periods of usage. With a price tag of $230, it failed to live up to my expectations.
+ Accurate sound signature; + Old-fashioned retro design
- Pricey for an on-ear headphone; - Discomforting
The Momentum In-Ears are peculiar earphones that can sound too bright on some genres, and just right on others, all while serving up robust bass response. If you're looking for a strong bass response, but perhaps something a bit less bright, consider the B&W C5 Series 2 or the Bose Freestyle .
Powerful audio performance with robust bass response and bright highs; Lightweight, elegant design; Excellent carrying case
Can be too bright at times; Only comes with two pairs of eartips
The Sennheiser Momentum Free would have made a lot more sense had it been truly wireless; even apart from that, it underwhelms in terms of performance, and even though it is fairly reliable, it is hard to recommend at a price of Rs. 14,990.
Well built; Light; easy for prolonged usage; Sweet; warm audio
Max volume is way too low; Timbre is too demure; Lacks fine details; Takes way too long to charge; Not as momentous as other Momentum siblings
Exceptional sound wrapped in a series of small annoyances
The best; purest sound of any true wireless buds yet; Durable earbud design and case; Comfortable; Good microphone performance
Wildly unintuitive touch controls; Flaky wireless; Need to have the case with you at all times; Twice the price and size of AirPods
