I have used MX400 before I got these, and unlike the very bumpy and somewhat overpowered bass, the bass is much towards the natural side. If you are expecting very loud bass, MX450 isn't what you are looking for. I recommend Sony's e888 or AKG's k14p for strong bass response.

Overall very satisfied with these headphones. Stereo sound over Bluetooth is surprisingly good. Very accurate with little to no hiss or background noise. Noise cancellation is very effective and talk-through is handy. The range of these is phenomenal.

After reviewing many makes and models of headphones, the Sennheiser MM450 was the one I chose. I'm thrilled with my selection !! Perfectly compact for travel and versatile use for audio cable or bluetooth. Plus, they are Active Noise Cancelling. I was really impressed with the bluetooth range.
