High quality mic that is built to last for years in the field or even in the studio home. I don't have any complaints with this mic and I don't understand why more news organizations in US do not use it.

Great sound quality, minimal handling noise. My only complaint is the giant logo on the side. For a hand held mic that's going to be on camera the logo is just too big and in the worst spot. Comes with a nice plastic foam lined case.

ive only done a little bit of testing with this so far but the sound quality is great, and there isn't too much handling noise picked up from using it hand held. also the audio tech at the place where i usually buy mics and wireless gear swears by this mic, and you can't go wrong with sennheiser
