Fresh on the market from the good folks at Sennheiser, the new HD 2.30i comes with a super-affordable price tag of $89.99. But how does it sound, and is it the right headphone for you?

I like the folding design of these - makes them neat and compact when not in use. The overall feel of them is good but they still squeeze and make my ears feel numb after wearing them for awhile.
The Sennheiser HD 2.30 are on-ear headphones for people who want decent sound quality, but don't want to spend Beats Solo money. They're simple and unassuming – and at £80, they're a good buy.
Lightweight design; Good mid-range prominence; Relaxed; slightly dark-sounding treble
Slightly inflated bass; Dull design
The Sennheiser HD 2.30s, for example, are about as plain as they come – the kind of headphone Sennheiser might have released before Beats turned 90 per cent of street pairs into a multi-colour fashion show.
Chunky sound; Minimalist look
Boxy mids; Slightly limited bass depth; Not super-comfortable for long sessions
Great headphones (and the bad point is more of an inconvenience)
Just be aware that the model referred to here , the 2.30i, is "optimised" for iOS devices; Specifically, the volume control on the remote will not work on an Android device
Good product.. looks good and sounds good. Would definitely recommend
Proper pleased, perfect kit...does exactly what it says on the tin.....
T They are beautiful. I hope they sound as good as the price. I thought they were 79.00. They are a Christmas gift so I won't know how they sound until then. Wasn't a Target gift card offered with this purchase wer
