I got this headset for my boyfriend for Christmas. He enjoys it. He says it has great sound quality. The only dislike he has is that it sometimes can get hot on his head. This seems like a thing most head sets would do though.

When purely looking at the audio response of the Sennheiser G4ME One, it's easy to find a lot to like here.
Balanced sound; Excellent microphone; Easy volume and mute; Comfortable & lightweight
Expensive; Too plasticky; No bundled accessories
Sennheiser has transferred its excellent acoustic knowledge of headphones to gaming headsets for several years now. Its latest top of the range offerings come in the form of the closed-back Sennheiser G4ME Zero and the open-back Sennheiser G4ME One, which we are looking at here.
Good-looking; Excellent audio performance; Solid noise-cancelling mic; Well-built
Expensive; Lacks included connectors for PS4
Today we are reviewing our very first gaming headset and we have chosen to start with Sennheiser's G4ME ONE. Sennheiser's current flagship gaming headset is the G4ME Zero which we hope to take a look at next but for...
Good Build Quality; Clean Audio; Comfortable
No Noise Cancellation (open back); Pricey For Features
The Sennheiser G4ME ONE Gaming Headset arrived in a fairly large predominately white sleeved box with a rather simple, but elegant design, which aptly describes the headset itself too.
For some reason, 2014 has been turning out to be the headset year; recently I got the G4ME Zero gaming headset from Sennheiser which was a first for me as I have never really tested gaming headsets before. On first impression I thought they were bulky but look hi-Tec with ...
You get what you pay for and this is an excellent piece of essential gaming kit. Very impressed!!
Pros: - SENNHEISER. Can only speak of it in superlatives in every aspect. Cons: - Had to nitpick, but the volume wheel's placement and turn resistance is a bit counterintuitive. Probable cons for some: - A little rough padding finish if you have a sensitive skin - Close to zero noise isolation -...
A really good quality product hence price great microphone comfortable for long periods very light handy side volume control I can not fault them. And a great service from scan ( A Winner )
The open design makes the mic more usable because you can hear yourself better (it's actually important!). Compared to the PC 350 SE headphones I had before, these produce a sound with more warmth & satisfying bass. For gaming & TV/movie-watching headphones, these are a definite upgrade for me.
