l was back in town for a wedding and needed a quick pair of buds. I already own Ultrasone DJ1 pros, Sennheiser and Yamaha studio reference cans. I did NOT need high end buds. What I did need was music on the plane, and these barely delivered.

Has taken headphones for three months and are now very happy. The first few days I was slightly disappointed on the basis that it was a little weak, I compared with my old a-JAYS One that I lost, and my large headphones Philips (older SBC HP800).
The Sennheiser CX 1.00 earphones are a budget product from the German company. They are the cheapest model in the CX line, which also features the Sennheiser CX 2.00i, Sennheiser CX 3.00 and Sennheiser CX 5.00G models. The CX 1.00 earphones are simple to use and have no frills or extra [...]
Light and comfortable No-nonsense design Affordable Clear mids and highs
Limited bass response Can be prone to ambient noise
Strong performers, but the absence of an in-line remote is disappointing Surprise, surprise! The Sennheiser CX 1.00 earphones are yet more solid, if not special, performers from Sennheiser.
Good dynamics and timing; Clear and balanced; Lightweight; Choice of tips
No in-line remote; Could sound a little more solid
Amazing depth and clarity; I'm hearing things in my favoutite songs I've been missing, even with two previous Sennheisers (one closed, one in ear); Buy them, no question
Zero
Lucky to be able to return these very disappointed with the sound and volume and base response, ended up getting phillips earphones a little cheaper but far superior, so couldn't recommend these.
The earbud earphones are really good especially at low volumes levels which I require for Sound Therapy
My previous Sennheiser headphones (that expired after many year's of use) were excellent. I didn't know what model they were so just bought these as they were a similar price. When I first used them I found the volume was very low and there was very little bass.
Sennheiser do produce good quality headphones, unfortunately this model is not one of the category. The sound is hollow despite the spec boasting bass quality. There are cheaper priced products on the market with much better sound quality.
I'm EXTREMELY pleased with these in-ear headphones! I love listening to music and I find these headphones give more pleasure to the listening. I couldn't believe the difference in the smoothness of sound compared to the other in-ear headphones I have by a very popular Japanese brand.
